just requested the firmware, hope it'll work with my 2830Vn dual band as the latency of running via the Sagem is dreadful. Am running direct on PPoA at the moment and that's better but if SKY drop this I'll have to go back to using the Sagem which I'd prefer not to do. Last time I fiddled trying to get the Draytek to work on MER I ended up with very poor tx/rx rate which took a week or so to settle back to normal so hope this won't be too disruptive when I try it.

Any updates on this? I also tried the firmware on a 2830 and couldnt get it to work. I currently have a brand new 2850n to try but cant see any firmware that will work with MER

sorry long delay getting back onto this thread, but talking to Draytek that release was for single band models so I wasn't able to test, not seen much more on progress so I assume it's not got there yet, certainly no official release since May on the 2830Vn dual-band. So far it's running nicely on PPoA with decent speed.
