If memory serves correctly, and I'm going back over 3 years, I think you've got a duffer. I'd suggest you raise a ticket with support. If they say your unit is to old to be cared for under warranty you can buy a new PSU here: http://www.seg.co.uk/products/draytek_products_accessories.html

My draytek vigor 120 is about 3-4 years old , so most likely yes I'll need to replace power supply.

Might just buy a Vigor 2850Vn with Vigor 120 and replace the old 120 and 2830Vn.
Then I'll have a backup 120 .

Any issues with 2850 series especially on dual WAN with a Vigor 120?

My 2830Vn as crashed again (it keeps rebooting , lights flash etc , no network , reboots every 15 seconds ) i know its fixable but it keeps happening and to fix it you need to use a windows pc with Draytek router tools ( No Mac OS X Router tools available ) , Factory restore the unit with a new firmware with rst settings and manual setup the unit again ( Open ports , both adsl settings , separate Subnets etc )

So yes I have had enough and want to change...

if that happens you'll be supplied with the newer Draytek Vigor 120v2

I personally prefer the v1 and find them to be ever so slightly less likely to drop connection.

The power supplies are not hotswappable between the v1 and v2
