Hi anyone....

Just bought a new Vigor 2850Vn Router to go with my BT Infinity setup.

I JUST CANT GET THE ROUTER TO HOOK UP...

Ive done absolutely everything that you say, but it just wont let me into any web site.

I do have a fixed IP address so I put that in the setup screen

In the Online Status screen it does (eventually after 3 minutes) show the correct ip address (but not the same Gateway/Primary or Secondary DNS as the BT router)

I cant understand why BT sell such a bad piece of kit that wont let you setup port forwarding, VPN even when they know its a business line...Poor if you ask me.

Hi roli4101.
I would suggest you might get a better response starting your own thread, rather than joining the end of an existing one.
Your problem is not quite the same as the original poster.
