Good luck I've had only brief success getting traffic routed down one wan. Basically the 2960 is broken and so far I've tested several beta's a new final version and load balancing is firmly broken. Even cycling didn't fix anything.

Interesting tip from draytek. The source subnet mask needs to be 255.255.255.255 and not 255.255.255.0 as shown in the instruction manual.
