Vigor 3900 Lock up (no HTTP or telnet Management)

I have one (on 106) doing the same thing at a client, management http/telnet access dies after a couple of days (can still ping it though)

But the router is connected to a single WAN connection, has no VPN's running and no clients connected

It's basically just sitting there, doing nothing, but still stops responding to management connections (internal and external) after a few days.
