Dial In VPN Keeps dropping

as Ian says, uptime and connection are different.
What is your internet connection into you 2865? xDSL or are using an external modem and feeding into WAN2? If the latter, you wouldn't see a physical drop on WAN2, as that monitors the physical link, rather than if the PPPoE session on the modem to your ISP had dropped.
Try looking at your connection logs when you have an all-users VPN drop.

Thank you Matthew, yes we use Lunar Data Centres in Manchester and feed internet into WAN2, I will look ant the logs when it happens again and see if i can see anything that makes sense

Yes, thats when the issue started, we were down for almost 2 hours!!
