we found the same issue, if we leave the router alone it will stay up, but if we log in to the web interface and click on any menu item it caused the router to reboot.

Apologies if this has been mentioned elsewhere but I think I've found another problem with 4.4.5.5 on my 2927ax -
I'm trying to edit a Remote Dial-In user that has been in existence for quite a while, however if I make any change to the profile and try to save it a pop-up appears thus " If WireGuard is enabled, IP cannot be null." and I cannot save the change. Under "Remote Access Control" Wireguard is NOT enabled, but in the User profile under "Allowed dial-in Type" the Wireguard check-box is ticked but greyed-out, so I cannot change it.
Have I missed something?
Edit - yes I had missed something, I found an earlier post by HodgesAndy which refers to this problem, which is still a bug but can be bypassed as he states.

Just loaded 4.5.5.8 on my 2927ax - at least it's still working...

Does 4.5.5.8 fix anything else?

I don't have any LAN to LAN VPNs so I don't know about that problem.
The IP bind comments have not been corrupted by the upgrade.
The Remote Dial In User bug appears to be fixed.
The QOS setup page now appears to work, although I haven't tried going through all of the settings.
The Mesh Sync pages might now be usable (although the Mesh setup menu now appears to be appended (R2) for some reason)
I haven't checked the daylight saving issue as yet.
Were there any others? I've forgotten.

The Mesh R1 & R2 seems to refer to the generation...
2866Lac and 2927Lac both showing R1
whereas 2866ax and 2927ax show R2
