That all looks normal to me, nothing wrong there, and obviously you have the correct private IP…
Did you check the management custom ports setup, to see if that is using the 443 port?

I'd connect external Syslog server to the router, that'll give you a bit more detail on what is going on, at least you'll be able to see if the inbound connection is hitting the WAN interface

I agree, that would shed some light on it.
Have you also tried to open a port to your Native LAN (VLAN0)? I appreciate once VLAN is enabled all LANs are governed by the VLAN configuration, but, you could try a more traditional method to hopefully rule out your concerns about the setup/routing to the VLAN subnets.
Just throwing out some ideas to check/try...
