Windows 10 1809 was created by fcs-simon
We've recently updated to 1809 and now the Smart VPN client doesn't allow us to use our local internet or use RDP.
When on 1803, both worked fine.
Has anyone else got this problem?
We've also tried updating to the latest version of the Smart Client.
Thanks

Hello
Yeah, since my post I've realised that despite the settings set to "Use Local Router for Gateway" both the SSL and PPTP vpn options use the router at the remote location and therefore my local internet connection goes down.

a tracert to bbc.co.uk, shows the first hop being through the remote router, which is wrong. It should be my local router.

I can connect to my clients system using RDP when running PPTP but nothing at all when running the SSL vpn.
Really frustrating.
Cheers

No solutions on SSL here.

Try enabling the "Use default gateway on remote network" option (push all traffic through VPN tunnel) for the VPN profile and see if that allows SSL VPN to work, apparently it should.

Alternatively, anyone using Windows Insider builds, the Windows 10 Insider Preview 18272.1000 update should also help.
