I have the same issue, neither my HTC TyTN II or HTC Touch Pro2 will stay connected if it is in b+g+n mode, but if I switch it to just b+g it works fine.

My experience is a little better than some others. With my 2820Vn running in 'Mixed(11b+11g+11n)' mode, I don't have any significant connection issues with a netbook running XP, a desktop PC running Vista or a Sony Ericsson mobile - using a SSID in 'Mixed(WPA+WPA2/PSK)' mode.
On the other hand, I can't get my Dell Axim PDA (Windows Mobile 2003SE) to connect to this SSID -- although it does connect without significant problems to a second SSID via WEP mode.

For the people having these wireless issues, what wireless security are you using? I don't seem to have any trouble with my 2820Vn and N wireless cards, using WPA2/AES security with it.

I'm using WPA2/AES as well, but I think the problem isn't so much connecting an "n" device to it, but connecting an older b/g device when it's in b+g+n mode.

I must not have enough of those then, my network is all various laptops rather than mobile devices but I've had no trouble with my 11G stuff running alongside the 11N stuff.
