Draytek have just asked for me to complete an RMA to return the unit to them for repair/replacement.
Currently filling in the form, and scrambling to register my VigorCare.

It sounds like they still haven't been able to reproduce the issue. Can I ask who you've been speaking to @ Draytek please?

Hmmm... if DrayTek were so quick to RMA the unit do you think some faulty ones are out in the wild, as I suspected earlier?
As I said before I'm currently using another AP to provide wireless as it is mission critical, but the DrayTek 'should' be doing this job adequately by itself, especially at >£200 !!!
Can you make a note of your serial here so perhaps we can get an idea if it is a faulty batch (or at least the last few digits)?

Please do not post serial numbers publicly; they are one of the factors for support entitlement so should not be shared.
