I sent a more concise version a week ago, the response was that they are aware and as stated above "Factory reset, and manually reconfigure". I've replied with the additional info above.

Beta firmware seems to fix all my problems with guest wireless dropping out after devices go to sleep - makes sense if it's an ARP issue I guess.
(I didn't reset the device and I updated firmware via the web UI)
