Samung's Advanced Roaming Algorithm doesn't come into play until -75dBm (unless the channel is 'busy'), when it's -65dBm.

The Vigor 918r AP will apparently have Client Steering – 802.11v* ... in a future firmware release . Can't find it mentioned as future feature for any of the others though
(Maybe we need to use AP 918r's indoors )
