completed that but still no joy
the wifi firmware version being reported on the web interface is 2.3.2.0
any other suggestions??? ( thanks for the help btw)

Let switched on working as it (even if you don't using it) for few hrs and try the same (load 3.3.6 & 3.6.7) via the WUI, or load an other firmware from here (SB model)

I have seen an other thread long time (not in here) an other user after few attempts it did make work back the wifi with out sending to the support for repair
