Cheers for info about VPNs.
Did you set up the bit that says "Labeling on caller ID" in the hunt group ? Also is caller ID enabled on the actual PSTN itself ?

Yes all 3 locations are VPN ( dual trunks to each other, as each has 2 WANs )GhostWorks wrote:

I have recently disabled Caller ID on the PSTN so hopefully 902*/903* won't show up on the caller ID , not checked as of yet as out of the office's at present
