What a piece of junk this kit is.
I've ditched 02 which have been swallowed by Sky for BT Internet. So I now have virgin and BT and will ditch Virgin as soon as Infinity gets made available.
Anyway should be a simple job to switch between 02 and BT internet. Reset the Vigor 120 to default and then set up the 2960 for pppoe.
Took me one day to get it working and it's all due to the buggy pile of pooh which is the draytek 2960.
First of all the Modem and Draytek refused to connect. If I used any of the old kit like the 2820 or my old 2920 it connected straight away.
I then tried connecting the BT Home hub via ethernet. Double nat but would do for a short while. Wouldn't connect.
I then came out of advanced mode and it connected.
You have to go back into advance mode to delete the wan connection though before I could try the modem again. Still no go.
Back to BT Home hub and it worked for ten minutes and then dropped the connection and wouldn't connect.
Clicking on renew sent the renewal packets down the wrong Wan.
I gave up after trying the 2820 which the 2960 also refused to talk too.
This morning tried updating to the latest bug pile of firmware. Still no go.
Backed up the configuration and loaded the defaults.
Only one wan connection listed for some reason but what the heck I tried it and modem connected and stayed up.
Reload the defaults again loaded back the old config.
Recreated the wan2 for pppoe and after rebooting the modem it connected and stayed connected. Apart from some frozen screens when changing settings in the bug fest 2960 it seems to be working.
For now.
I'm looking at the Cisco rv042G as an alternative.

Problem with the latest official firmware are the slow downs. Probably have to flash back again tomorrow.
Anyway ordered the Cisco as I've had enough of this junk.
