Back to version 1.07.1 now. Still no new manual though which isn't surprising.

Funnily enough I had an email from Draytek support saying they wish to solve the problem that they stopped bothering to try and fix.
So I gave them the ticket number and surprise surprise no response since. Back on the ignore list. Shocking support.

Why do you think you're being ignored if they have said they want to help?

They did eventionally reply about a week ago after a prompt. Offering a new beta version. However since there's no instructions on setting up load balancing after they re-jigged it plus they could actually reproduce the local upnp issues themselves I declined the offer. If they had claimed that they had fixed the issue and gave new instructions on how to set up load balancing again I would have given it ago.

How should I know? You said they offered to help and that you were then being ignored, implying that you had replied and they had received your reply and ignored it...I.e. Done nothing AND not replied, which seems strange. Maybe they didn't receive your reply...
