Mike, have they issued you with a new router or just "recycled" your old. Mine is shortly on it's way back to the supplier, once support have issued the RMA.

I reflashed it with the latest beta (1.5.2) and after configuring the connection details, it couldn't get a hold of the line, but was making a low, almost dialing tone, noise continually until I remove the cable and but it started again when re-connected. It did this first time out of the box, but eventually settled, apart from the constant disconnects described previously. Support agreed it might be a duff unit. Hopefully the next one will work better.

Might be worth you pushing for a replacement unit if they haven't sent one already.

They said that they replaced the "insides". I have the feeling that these things are just made of the casing, and the "insides", which is a board with all the works and connections on it, so replacing the "insides" is, effectively, replacing the whole thing. I know that all the MAC addresses have changed, so I think that I have really got a new router.

Shame that it still doesn't work, though.

Mike.

Hi all,

My 2750n connects fine on Infinity using the settings suggested.

It also however drops on any incoming phone call, which the BT Modem and HH3 do not :(

Has any fix been forthcoming from Draytek? or should I just get a refund...

Thanks

David

The best thing to do is to raise it with Draytek support.

The more people that do this, the more information Draytek will have to help them solve the problems.

Exactly the same problem as mine, when and where did you get yours. Mine is from broadbandbuyer about 10 days ago. No fix from support, despite best efforts, got an RMA instead to send back to bbb as faulty.
